Shop Hygienic Pressure Gauges for Sanitary Applications
Designed for CIP and SIP Processes
Our hygienic pressure gauges feature flush-welded diaphragms that eliminate dead space where bacteria could accumulate. The seamless diaphragm-to-body weld creates a surface that withstands Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) processes up to 134°C. Surface roughness is maintained at Ra ≤0.76 μm on all wetted parts, meeting the stringent requirements of pharmaceutical and food processing facilities. Each gauge is helium leak tested to verify diaphragm integrity before leaving our UK manufacturing facility.
Hygienic Connection Options
We manufacture hygienic pressure gauges with all standard sanitary connections used in UK and European food and pharmaceutical plants. Available connections include Tri-Clamp (ISO 2852), DIN 11851, SMS 1145, RJT (BS 4825), IDF, and VARIVENT compatible fittings. Our engineers can advise on the correct connection type for your specific application. Custom configurations are available for non-standard installations or legacy equipment retrofits.
British Manufactured with Full Traceability
Every hygienic pressure gauge is manufactured at our UK facility using AISI 316L stainless steel bodies and diaphragms. We provide full material traceability with EN 10204 3.1 certificates available on request. Our FDA-approved fill fluids are suitable for incidental food contact, giving you confidence in applications where diaphragm rupture could expose fill fluid to your process. We offer pressure ranges from vacuum to 40 bar with accuracy classes to 1.6 (EN 837-3).
