Pulsation Dampener

Description

Pulsation dampeners are accessories used to limit the negative effects of process pressure pulsation or sudden changes in pressure on the internal mechanism of the instruments. Suitable for pumps and compressors, they are manufactured either with a fixed dampening element made with a porous disc or an adjustable type with a narrowing screw. With the adjustable type it is possible to limit the effect of the pulsation by calibrating the dampener to the real operating conditions.
